Morgan Stanley upgrades Tesla, says Dojo supercomputer will boost Tesla’s market value by $600 billion

Analysts at Morgan Stanley see Tesla’s Dojo supercomputer boosting the electric vehicle maker’s market value by $600 billion. Dojo will boost the adoption of robotaxis and Tesla’s software services, Morgan Stanley analysts said.

Dojo is used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models for self-driving cars and Tesla plans to spend more than $1 billion on Dojo through next year.

Morgan Stanley analysts sees Dojo opening up new addressable markets that “extend well beyond selling vehicles at a fixed price.”

The Wall Street brokerage also upgraded its recommendation on Tesla’s stock to “Overweight” from “Equal-weight” and made its “top pick,” replacing Ferrari’s U.S.-listed shares .
