Tesla sues Chinese chip firm Bingling over tech secret infringement
Tesla Shanghai has sued Bingling Intelligent Technology, a Chinese chip firm, over an alleged tech secret infringement and unfair competition disputes.
Tesla’s lawsuit against the Changzhou-based chip designer and auto parts maker will be heard in the Shanghai intellectual property court on October 10.
Bingling is backed by Xiaomi, which owns 11.9% of the chip designer.
