X will shut its Circle feature in October
Social media platform X, formerly Twitter, is shutting down Circle — a feature that let users share a post only with a set of people, resembling Instagram’s “Close Friends” feature.
X said the feature will go away on October 31, and users won’t be able to add people to their circle.
Twitter first launched the Circle feature in August 2022, let users add 150 people to their Circle. Users were allowed to create only one Circle.
